The location is convenient, just minutes from downtown, though the walk back felt a bit sketchy. Loved the breakfast, especially the omelet station—get there early! Rooms are spacious with thoughtful layouts and comfy pillows, but the pool could use better maintenance. Some noise issues dampened the experience, and the outdoor access was concerning at night. Staff was friendly at check-in, but not overly cheerful elsewhere. Parking is a decent price, but be sure to factor that in. A solid choice overall, but not without its quirks.

Also, location was convenient, not very far from Frist Art Museum. It was located in an amazing area right by Nashville, the bars and pubs and the Gulch and downtown. We only slept at the king room, but loved it. A rainfall shower in the functional bathroom was a plus.

The breakfast with a cook-to-order omelet station was a delightful surprise.

The shower turned cold halfway through, and the fire alarm went off at 2 AM. When I asked about it, they just shrugged it off. Talk about frustrating!

This brand-new hotel had wonderful views. Thank you very much for the very good service you offered me, including shuttle to the downtown. Shuttle was provided here too. It was in a comfortable location with The Gulch nearby.

Convenient location—25 minutes from Broadway. Perfect balance of proximity and peace. The breakfast options are varied, with a well-staffed omelette station. Quick check-in, and a pleasant room upgrade. Staff responsiveness was commendable; they even offered personal items when needed. the prices felt high for the experience. Unpleasant odors in the room and inadequate coffee were disappointing. Parking fees add to the irritation, along with a strange vending machine policy. The noise levels in the hallway were concerning. Breakfast could use improvement; soggy biscuits don't cut it. A mixed bag of experiences—some bright moments, alongside clear room for enhancement. Worth considering but not without caution.

rooms have old equipment and are in need of renovation, according to the hotel, the rooms will be renovated at the end of 2018, therefore a minus for price performance; would have liked an evening/night shuttle service to the hotel

The atmosphere created was quiet.

the breakfast was a standout feature with freshly made omelets and a variety of other options that were really enjoyable. The $10 parking fee was also reasonable compared to nearby hotels. On the downside, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. The bed was uncomfortable, being on the stiff side and the blanket was thin, which meant I had to crank up the heat to 80 degrees to feel comfortable. The heavy drapes couldn't be closed fully, which was a bit inconvenient. The distance to downtown Broadway was a bit far for walking, so transportation costs added up. there were bugs in the bed, dirty sheets, and a cleanliness issue with some spilled soft drink on the walls, which raised concerns. The room's air conditioning was broken, causing it to stay too cold even with the heat on. The servicing of the room was not timely, and the staff's body odor was noticeable. the staff were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to ensure guests made their connections.

Hotel was fairly clean and appealing with efficient staff and magnificent location very close to downtown. I loved the room on the 4th floor, the bed was large.
